Background and industry experience
Sarah is a Partner and Head of Planning. She leads and oversees the delivery of planning services across Fisher German's three planning teams, comprising of strategic planning, general practice planning and infrastructure and sustainable energy planning.She became a Chartered Town Planner in 2003 and joined Fisher German in 2014. Sarah delivers specialist planning advice for complex projects of all scales to statutory undertakers, corporate and private clients. She devises robust strategies to secure the most timely and effective solutions to delivering planning compliance.
Sarah spent a short spell in the public sector at the start of her career and has since focused on private sector planning consultancy.

I was ready for a fresh, new challenge and attracted by the partnership approach.
What has been your favourite project and why?
Severn Trent Elan Valley Aqueduct rehabilitation project. High profile tunnelling scheme to improve resilience of water supply from Wales to the West Midlands. This project has an excellent collaborative team working environment and we will have been involved from project inception to completion.
