Background and industry experience

Jason leads the commercial valuation team for the Midlands. He deals with the valuation of commercial and development property for a variety of purposes including loan security, financial reporting, pension funds and taxation.

He is well versed in dispute resolution regularly acting as Single Joint Expert in matrimonial matters and has acted as Expert Witness on numerous occasions in various civil litigation cases providing both written and oral evidence in The High Court on valuation matters involving a variety of commercial property and development land.

Jason qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993 starting his professional life at DTZ. In 1995 he was one of the founding Partners setting up the Worcester office of Humberts which subsequently became Halls in 2008. He has lived and practised in Worcestershire and the Midlands throughout his career, advising a range of clients from private individuals and SMEs to larger property companies, public companies, Local Authorities, and a range of other public sector entities.
