What has been your favourite project and why?
I think this has to be setting up a wedding venue on an estate from the initial proposal, procurement and appointment of a freelance wedding planner, negotiation of the contracts and subsequently refurbishment of the adjacent 17th century lodge as a luxury bridal suite.
Top pastime?
Multi-day through hikes in the mountains - the Lakes, Scotland, France. I love planning the trips (spreadsheets are my thing!) and escaping to the back end of beyond. There's nothing better than a challenge and being so far removed from the everyday.
