Unfortunately no pets due to the vicinity of a working farm.

AVAILABILITY
The property is available for an initial period of twelve months (subject to Landlord’s instructions) as an Assured Shorthold Tenancy.

RENT & DEPOSIT
The tenant will be required to pay a 5 weeks deposit when a tenancy has been agreed, which will be refunded at the end of the term without interest and subject to any dilapidations. Fisher German are members of the Tenants Deposit Scheme (TDS).

TENANTS’ LIABILITY AND ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE INSURANCE
It is recommended that the tenants have adequate insurance in place to cover tenants’ liability and accidental damage for the fixtures and fittings belonging to the Landlord. Tenants are advised that the Landlords policy will not cover their possessions.
