SOCIAL Best Student Employer FINALIST crop

Our early careers team were excited to attend the National Undergraduate Employability (NUE) awards in London on 4 March to see us being recognised as a finalist in the Best Development Programme and Best Student Employers categories.

The NUE Awards reward and celebrate the outstanding achievements of employers, agencies, students and universities in undergraduate work experience across the UK and showcase the passion, innovation and dedication of those who are making a difference in the industry.

Marie-Ange Ehrhart, Early Careers Talent Advisor, based at our Banbury office said: “To be recognised as a finalist is a huge achievement especially as we were up against national and multinational leaders such as IBM, L’Oréal and Morgan Stanley. We were just one of five companies shortlisted for the award in recognition of our placement offerings.”

The awards recognise employers who go above and beyond to develop students’ technical and soft skills empowering them to become more effective and successful employees.

This year’s spring Insight Programme will be delivered virtually from 11 – 14 April and will include presentations and talks, personal development training, group and individual tasks and will provide participants with an insight into the different roles available in the different sectors of the organisation.

Marie-Ange added: “We are confident that our summer internship and sandwich placement programmes will be as popular as previous years. We hope that by participating in our programmes they can determine what they are good at, what they like most and what they want to achieve in their career.”
