A leading property agency in Worcester has won a prestigious industry award for the sixth consecutive year. Fisher German has been named Worcestershire’s most active agent 2018 by Estates Gazette - one of the UK’s leading magazines reporting on the commercial property market.

During 2018, the firm has completed more than 100 deals, working on a number of high profile developments including Nunnery Park in Worcester and Ratio Park and Hartlebury Trading Estate in Kidderminster, as well as numerous other projects across the Midlands market.

Highlights have included letting a unit spanning more than 40,000 sq ft at Hartlebury Trading Estate to Apex Supply Chain Technologies and letting the first floor of Kings Court, in Worcester to Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust.

The team has also seen a number of new appointments as well as the continued professional development of current staff members which has seen colleagues achieve chartered status and industry qualifications including the AssocRics award.
