Agency team 01

Our rural and residential agency team is gearing up for significant growth in 2025, thanks to recent strategic hires and high-quality instructions across the country.

The team has welcomed experienced agency experts Will Kerton and Andrew Grant, who have joined as Partner and Consultant respectively. Both bring extensive knowledge and experience of the Worcestershire market and the wider Midlands, positioning the team to secure further work.

The team has already received notable instructions, including Little Malvern Court in Worcestershire, Ludstone Hall in Shropshire, and several stunning properties in Cheshire, Oxfordshire, and Derbyshire. These high-profile projects demonstrate the trust vendors place in Fisher German, even during times of economic uncertainty.

Stuart Flint, our Divisional Managing Partner for Agency, is confident that the team will navigate the economic headwinds and deliver outstanding results for its clients throughout the year and beyond.

“Rural and residential agency is a key target for growth at Fisher German,” he said.

“The recruitment of both Will and Andrew along with some eye-catching instructions and the hard work of our teams around the country has put us in a great position to really kick start 2025.

“Despite the challenges in the housing market, such as stamp duty and capital gains tax increases, we are committed to bolstering the agency team with top talent ensuring we have as much knowledge and expertise as possible to provide the best service to our clients.”

Will, who is from Worcester, has more than 25 years of experience in the property industry, originally training in Somerset before moving back to the area where he spent 20 years at a global real estate consultancy until 2020.

During that time, he worked on country house and farm sales, and conducted property auctions in the Midlands and South West while using his expertise to develop the consultancy’s Worcester office.

And Andrew has joined Fisher German to act as a consultant to introduce further work to the team – as well as across other service lines - after leaving a similar role with Savills.

Andrew previously had his own estate agency in Worcester, and as such as vast knowledge of the area and a superb book of contacts which have already secured leads for Fisher German.

Stuart added: “Fisher German continues to provide comprehensive, informed advice to its clients, and never looks to stand still. We are looking forward to a busy 2025 and growing both the agency team and the business as a whole.”
