Our commercial agency team at our new central Birmingham office are set to help new tenants move into the Grade A city centre building following a high-spec refurbishment. We are marketing up to 38,000 sq ft of prime office space at Eleven Brindleyplace, which has been refurbished by Office Principles North on behalf of Blue Noble LLP.
 
Office Principles North has upgraded more than 12,000 sq ft of space within the building’s ground floor and basement to transform the communal space as well as create a multifunctional events space that can provide a mix of leisure activities as well as meetings.
