Matthew, who is based at our Banbury office, joined the firm as a graduate in rural surveying but has spent the last 10 years working in agency. He has recently moved to work within our National Country Agency Team, focusing on the sale of country houses, farms and Estates across multiple counties in the south Midlands and southern England.
With more than 15 years of professional experience as a qualified chartered surveyor and valuer, Matthew has built a reputation for giving exceptional advice to his clients especially in advising on complex country sales. One recent career highlight involved the successful sale of a 450-acre Northamptonshire farm that had been in the same family for many years.
