Richard Benson FG promotions 2026 1

We have promoted 77 colleagues across all areas of the company after a busy start to 2026. The year has seen us win a major contract to deliver a range of consultancy services for Great British Energy – Nuclear as it builds the UK’s first small modular nuclear reactor at Wylfa in north Wales and we have also continued high-quality instructions in our agency, advisory, infrastructure and property management divisions.

Some of the highest-level promotions that we have made include Kirti Chouhan, who has become Head of Risk & Compliance, while Cameron Coley-Smith, Scott O’Dell, and Matthew Pocock have been promoted to partners.

The promotions are part of our long-standing commitment to career development within the company. Many of our senior colleagues and partners started as graduates, including our Andrew Bridge, our Managing Partner.

He said: “I am really pleased to see so many colleagues at Fisher German promoted across all areas and levels of the business.

“We pride ourselves on giving our colleagues the opportunity to grow, develop their careers and eventually join the partnership by giving them clear guidance on what they need to do to achieve their goals.

“These promotions are a great start to the new financial year, and I am looking forward to seeing how far we can take our business as the year progresses.”

Senior Partner, Richard Benson, added: “These promotions give us the opportunity to highlight the achievements of Fisher German’s hard-working colleagues who have delivered for clients, their teams and colleagues.

“The 77 promotions are a testament to the dedication and high standard of delivery across all our divisions.

“I would like to congratulate every colleague who has been promoted which helps to ensure we continue to build a strong future for Fisher German.”
