We are pleased to announce the promotion of 39 colleagues across the firm, with three of these seeing colleagues promoted to Partner. The promotions form part of our career progression framework, providing colleagues with a clear pathway for professional development.
 
Colleagues from Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Bury St. Edmunds, Doncaster, Exeter, High Wycombe, Knutsford, Liverpool, London, Market Harborough, Newark, Newcastle, and Worcester have progressed with their new roles taking effect from 1 October 2023. The appointments have been made at all levels from senior administrator and senior planner promotions through to three new partners.
 
Lara Mohacs heads up the South East and South Central commercial property management team from our High Wycombe office. She joined the firm in 2021 as part of our merger with Vine Property Management. She said: “It is fantastic to see so many promotions within the business, demonstrating the strength of our multi-disciplinary service lines right across the firm. I now look forward to working with the other partners and my colleagues to continue supporting the growth of the business.” 
 
Ed Moore joined us as part of the merger with M&G in 2022 and has more than 20 years of experience in the Central London Agency market. Ed, based at our London office, said: “The merger has created the largest national firm of independent UK property consultancies and I’m proud to be actively launching and building on the existing central London agency presence. 
 
“It is fortuitous timing to become a partner during such an exciting period for the business and be part of a team able which can offer such a wide range of service lines from a growing office coupled with an enhanced wider national network.”
 
Carl Pearson joined us in 2016 and now specialises in the strategic asset management of non-operational portfolios for corporate construction materials clients along with water, waste, utilities and infrastructure companies. Carl, who is based at our Ashby office, said: “I am very pleased to join the partnership at such a pivotal time for the business. It has been an aspiration of mine to progress to this position and I would like to thank the existing partners for their support and the opportunity to develop. 
 
“Fisher German has seen a considerable amount of growth over the last 18 months, and I will now be leading a corporate real estate business plan focusing on ensuring our service lines are interlinked as we look to continue providing clients with the very best service possible. 
 
“It is fantastic to see so many promotions made across the whole firm, which gives our clients the confidence that we are investing in our people as we continue to strengthen the business.”
