We are delighted to announce that we have been ranked within the Top 100 Best Student Employers for 2023/24. This award is based on reviews left on the RateMyPlacement website left by placement and summer placement students, as well as those taking part in our virtual ‘Insight’ training programme.
We have been ranked within the Top 100 for the last two years. In 2021, we were ranked within the ‘Top Medium-sized Undergraduate Schemes 2021’ category. In 2022, we ranked within the main category, ‘Best Student Employers’ and the results were announced during the National Undergraduate Employability (NUE) Awards.
Our official position will be revealed at the RateMyPlacement Awards final being held virtually on Thursday 16 March 2023. The ranking table includes several categories based on the size of the placement intake and our position in the final table depends on the quality and number of reviews left by our placement cohorts.
Partner, Ruth Ofield, who also heads up our Early Careers programme, is delighted to be ranked within the Top 100 employers, albeit with our ranking within it yet to be confirmed. She said: “We are pleased to have been ranked within the Top 100 once again. It shows that our placement and Insight programmes are delivering for the students who take part in them. They are a great opportunity to celebrate all the amazing achievements of universities and employers in work experience.”
Our virtual Insight programme is highly engaging and includes talks and presentations, networking as well as practical project work in each of our sectors.
