We are delighted that our experts in agribusiness and sustainable energy have again been invited to speak at this year's Low Carbon Agriculture Show.

Other industry heavyweight speakers will examine the steps needed to achieve Net Zero, provide advice and guidance on effective carbon & environmental land management, plus outline the benefits, and examine the challenges facing agricultural and rural businesses. The Farm Technology Expo aims to highlight these options, providing guidance on their benefits and integration into existing systems and in this way helping to create a profitable & sustainable farming future.

The show will be held on Tuesday 7 and Wednesday 8 February, at the NAEC, Stoneleigh, to get to the heart of what new sector changes mean for farmers, landowners, and property owners.

The exhibition will showcase over 120 companies representing the renewable energy, low-carbon transport, and machinery sectors as well as suppliers of innovative technologies and advisors on both carbon and environmental land management.

Our experts will speak alongside over 100 other speakers discussing topics ranging from soil health, carbon farming, and sustainable water management to updates on environmental land management schemes, and dedicated sessions for each renewable energy type, as well as Agri-tech and seminars on energy storage and Low Emission Vehicles.

David Kinnersley, Head of Agribusiness, will examine the role biogas can play in combatting soaring gas prices, highlight the latest opportunities and innovations and analyse feedstock requirements. Tom Beeley, one of our associates in our Natural Capital Team, has been heavily involved with the development of The Green Offset and will be explaining how to integrate solar into a farm business.

Darren Edwards, Head of Sustainable Energy said: “We are once again looking forward to being involved in this event, having exhibited each year since it first began in 2010. I will once again be chairing the finance seminar in which we will cover the valuation of and financial support for energy projects, in which we are already very active. I will also be presenting on the role of onshore wind in the fight against climate change, its future, and the challenges. This show is a great opportunity to make connections with people who we can support moving forward. Our experts will be there to offer support and advice to anyone visiting us on Stand 130”.
