We are on an exciting journey of growth and expansion, and we are thrilled to offer two apprenticeship opportunities that are integral to our development. As we continue to evolve and expand our services, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our teams in Liverpool and Banbury.
In Liverpool, our valuations team is at the forefront of property valuation, working with a diverse range of properties including commercial, residential, agricultural, leisure, and development properties. This team plays a crucial role in advising financial institutions, investors, and public sector organisations on property values. As an apprentice joining this team you will gain hands-on experience and be part of a dynamic team of over 50 RICS registered valuers, contributing to the growth and success of our valuation services.
In Banbury, our infrastructure team is expanding to meet the growing demands of utilities and infrastructure services. This team is involved in navigating the complexities of natural gas, hydrogen, renewable electricity, and water networks. As an apprentice, you will support the growth of our infrastructure services, ensuring that interactions between utilities and landowning communities are honest, equitable, and sustainable.
Both apprenticeship roles offer a unique blend of practical work and academic learning. In Liverpool, you will complete the Chartered Surveyor Degree Apprenticeship at the University College of Estate Management, while in Banbury, you will enrol in the Chartered Surveyor (Rural) Degree Apprenticeship at Harper Adams University. These programs are designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to achieve Chartered membership of the RICS (MRICS).
Mo Cox, our Early Careers Talent Advisor, said: “These apprenticeships are not just about starting a career; they are about being part of Fisher German's growth story. We are committed to supporting our apprentices with all university and RICS membership fees covered, a competitive salary and lots of other benefits.”
By joining us as an apprentice, you will be part of a company that values its people and their development. Visit our careers page for more information and to apply. All you need to do is submit a CV and cover letter outlining how you meet the requirements and why you are interested to start a career in surveying (in one PDF document) required by 4pm on Friday, 21 February 2025.
