We are extremely excited to announce the launch of our new office in Market Harborough. Our Market Harborough team have recently relocated from our office in the High Street in the town centre where we have been since 1960, to an open plan office on Welland Business Park.

The new, modern space will better reflect our working practices and aspirations while ensuring that we can continue to grow within Market Harborough. It is in a fantastic location on a mixed-use business park based just outside the town centre, benefitting from parking for both staff and those visiting.

We were established in 2000 after the merger of Fisher Hoggarth and Germans, with Fisher Hoggarth’s history in Market Harborough dating back to 1819. It is only the fourth time that the Market Harborough based team has moved during this time.

It is anticipated that the Grade II listed building we were in is to be transformed into residential accommodation once the expected planning consent is confirmed.

Joy Brankin-Frisby, a Sales Manager in our agency team, said: “I think it’s a great time for us to make a fresh start by stepping into a more contemporary space. I am looking forward to working in an open plan office surrounded by my colleagues from all the other different services we offer.

“I will miss the history and the character of the beautiful old building we were in as it held many precious memories for us all, but it is time for us to move into a space where we can work more collaboratively and share in each other’s expertise. It is important that we move with the times.”

Louise Duffin, an Associate Partner working in our rural property management team, said: “Fisher German has been in Market Harborough for more than 200 years and when I joined there were only four offices, We now have 29 which highlights how much we have grown and continue to grow, most recently through our merger with Matthews & Goodman merger in the summer.

“The move gives us room to expand further in future and continue to attract and retain the best talent”.
