- Lease expiry of a modern office suite occupied for 10 years. Landlord required to undertake renewal of air conditioning requiring the tenant to vacate temporarily
- Tenant required business continuity and needed to retain a presence in the city centre. Additionally, the opportunity exited to reassessment the future office strategy following the merger of two businesses
- Assessment of Stay or Go options including the re purpose of the existing office suite and a solution required for appropriate temporary office during landlord's works
Solution
- To negotiate a new lease to remain in occupation post landlords upgrade works
- Agreed for landlords works to accommodate tenants proposed alterations and subsequent location of M&E reducing tenants costs
- Temporary office space provided by way of co-working membership providing access to the business lounges, meeting rooms and amenities of the landlords portfolio of offices in the city centre
- Undertook a bespoke refurbishment and upgrade of outdated workplace environment
