  • In January 2024 Fisher German was instructed to search for and acquire a 25,000 sq ft new distribution facility in Dagenham, on a leasehold basis
  • This involved undertaking a full market search to identify all suitable options within the target area before negotiating the best possible terms available and seeing through to completion

Solution

  • Unit 10 Thames Gateway was selected, and Fisher German negotiated an assignment of the existing lease on this 22,904 sq ft modern industrial unit which was secured spring 2024
  • Following the success of Espack Eurologistica’s business operations, and once it became apparent the neighboring occupier was due to vacate, our team was further instructed to secure the 22,823 sq ft Unit 11 Thames Gateway.  After a period of negotiation, the acquisition completed in July 2025
