- We provide advice to the client on Terminal Dilapidations Schedules, which includes reviewing all lease documents, including Licences to Alter and Schedules of Condition, inspecting the property, preparing the tenant response and negotiating a financial settlement of the Landlord's Dilapidation claim.
- We also provide advice on Interim Schedules of Dilapidations including lease review and providing responses to the Landlord.
- We prepare Dilapidations Liability Assessment reports which involves reviewing the lease documents, inspecting the property and providing the report with costings
