• A major development of the farm buildings proposed and undertaken by landlord and tenant in partnership

• Feasibility study undertaken on behalf of Landlord client to establish strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the proposal in general
• Tax planning discussed with other Estate advisors and transfers undertaken prior to work being commenced
• New longer term farm business tenancy agreement at an enhanced rent negotiated
• Planning permission for new dairy, cow accommodation and slurry facilities obtained
• Building contract let and supervised through to completion
