- Following detailed interogation of the brief, working closely with our client Agha Group, Fisher German's investment team identified, appraised and made recommendations on a selection of suitable opportunities.
- Onward Buildings, providing c11,700 sq ft of office and leisure space across five floors, in proximity to the £400m St Michael’s redevelopment scheme and with strong reversionary potential was identified.
- Terms were negotiated and the transaction successfully managed, leading to the completion of the off market acquisition.
