Our building surveying graduate pathway is your gateway to becoming a Chartered Member of RICS. You’ll follow the RICS Building Surveying pathway for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), supported by our experienced team.

The variety of work and access to our network of industry experts mean you’ll gain the breadth and depth of experience needed to become a well-rounded surveyor. 

Our building consultancy teams are based in key offices, and we place our graduates where they will have the support of several colleagues on your APC journey.
