I would like to thank you so very much for your excellent, well considered advice which helped to confirm our own thoughts as well as putting forward some other pertinent points for us to consider. We are most grateful to you, it was really kind of you to take the time and trouble to help. My thanks also to your excellent secretary, Beccy - she is a real asset.

Having met with a number of estate agents we employed Fisher German, because we felt that they were the most experienced and provided the best potential customer reach for our countryside property.

During the initial meeting at the property, the agent carefully examined all aspects of the house and, even having brought wellingtons, surveyed the garden in full. As a result, a good, but very sensible sale price was suggested, bearing in mind some obvious deficiencies in the house. Once we gave the go-ahead to proceed with the sale, the estate agent very quickly lined up several potential buyers and conducted all viewings for us. Once we had agreed an offer with one of the buyers, the estate agent continued to provide an excellent service that involved chasing up the solicitors on both sides and liaising fully with both ourselves and the eventual buyer. This hard work really took away much of the stress which we could have incurred with selling the property. From our experience, we would highly recommend Fisher German if you wish to sell a countryside property in the Worcestershire area. At all times they went about their job in a polite and efficient manner.

Absolutely delighted with the service from Fisher German. They were efficient, professional and always contactable. Everybody was friendly and I really appreciated the personal approach when discussing my property. I would definitely recommend to anybody.

Moving house is never truly stress free and ours was no exception I can tell you! However, the back room team went above and beyond to get the actual exchange /completion done, oiling the clunky solicitor machinery in our chain of 5 spread across the UK. Special thanks to Susan - I think we would have given up at one point had she not been there to see it through.
