Background and industry experience

William is Head of our Minerals Department and he has built an industry-recognised minerals team, delivering a wide range of property and geological services in the minerals and waste sector. The team has strong links with the quarrying industry and William has shown time and again his excellent ability to add value and build prosperous client relationships. William has worked within this sector for over 30 years, originally in industry and since 2013 in consultancy.

William lives in Derbyshire and avoids any involvement with his wife’s horses by being a summer golfer and rugby referee.

Sale and leaseback of mineral properties. It was an innovative structure and delivered significant value against a very tight timetable.

Golf (sad but true)
