Background and industry experience

Ellie works within the Development Valuation team, specialising in the valuation of commercial, residential and mixed use development schemes, in addition to land and rural assets for a variety of purposes including loan security, viability assessments, overage and price negotiations.

Ellie began working at Fisher German in 2022 and has a Geography Degree and Masters in Real Estate. Ellie previously worked within the Development Land team where she advised clients on the various aspects of development land, including conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, and the disposal of consented sites.

In her spare time, Ellie enjoys horse riding, playing tennis and running with friends, skiing and watching rugby on the weekends.
