Background and industry experienceCarl is a Partner in the Property Management & Consultancy Division, leading the corporate real estate non-operational property management, and rural lease advisory services. Carl specialises in the strategic asset management of non-operational portfolios for corporate construction materials clients along with water, waste, utilities and infrastructure companies across the UK.
Carl's specialism is providing innovative and up to date advice and delivering that advice in a modern and technical manner whilst delivering capital enhancement and revenue growth.
Graduating from Harper Adams University in 2010, Carl qualified as a Member of the RICS in 2012, as a Fellow of the CAAV in 2014, and a Registered Valuer in 2018. In 2017 Carl became an Affiliate of STEP and holds a Certificate in Trusts and Estates (England and Wales) and is past president of the Yorkshire Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire Association of Agricultural Valuers Association (2022).
Carl is an APC supervisor, counsellor and mentor aiding the internal training of graduates within Fisher German and an APC assessor undertaking assessments of external candidates for the RICS. Carl won the RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year 2016 in the rural category.
Outside of work, Carl enjoys many rural pursuits, travelling, skiing and walking his work companion, Percy, a miniature Dachshund.
