Planning
The Property is located within Lichfield District Council and their Local Plan Strategy was adopted by resolution of full Council on 17th February 2015. This replaced the saved policies of the 1998 Local Plan and sets out the strategic framework for development in the District for the period of 2008 – 2029. Lichfield District Council is reviewing its Local Plan with the aim to create a new Local Plan which will provide the planning framework for the district up to 2040. Once adopted the new Local Plan will replace the current plan strategy which was adopted in 2015 and local plan allocations which was adopted in July 2019. Public consultation on the soundness and legal compliance of the pre-submission version of the Local Plan 2040 took place between 5th July to 20th August 2021.
