Detailed planning permission and listed building consent was granted on 16th January 2020 by North Kesteven District Council subject to conditions for the erection of 7no. dwellings, including relocation of pub car parking area, conversion of pig sty building into bin store and formation of pedestrian access. The site comprises approximately 0.52 acres (0.21 hectares), accessed from Main Road. The illustrative layout depicts a mixture of

Planning Permission
Planning Permission was granted by North Kesteven District Council under application reference 19/1084/FUL on 16th January 2020, subject to conditions for the erection of 7no.
dwellings, including relocation of pub car parking area, conversion of pig sty building into bin store and formation of pedestrian access.
Listed Building Consent was granted by North Kesteven District Council under application reference 19/1133/FUL on 16th January 2020 subject to conditions for demolition works, works
to pig sty and alterations to boundary wall to create new access onto Main Road.

CIL
There is a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charge in respect of the development site. Liability for the CIL charge needs to be
assumed prior to commencement of development. The levy charge then becomes due when development commences. As such the CIL charge will be the responsibility of the developer.
Based on the latest calculations the floorspace totals approximately 659sqm/ the levy is £25 sqm, which equates to £16,475, prospective buyers should satisfy their own enquiries. A copy of the planning permission, supporting documentation,
