In the right areas there is still a large amount of demand for both retail and hospitality as Covid restrictions lift, and because of this we were able to attract a strong amount of interest from a range of potential tenants.

It also has a beautiful south facing garden so we’ve even been able to include outdoor seating which has been amazing. It’s been a real boost for the local economy as I’ve already created 15 jobs, with a mixture of full and part time positions.
