Those interested in a career in surveying but are not sure what it involves are invited to immerse themselves into the industry through Fisher German’s new Insight Programme. Our fully virtual, two-week programme will give participants an introduction to surveying as well as an opportunity to enhance their cv.

There will be career focused personal development sessions, projects and research work relating to the key sectors of the business, and the opportunity to chat to some of our graduates. It will also include presentations from senior management and experts from across the business as well as APC (Assessment of Professional Competence) and career path talks. The programme will be held from 6 to 15 April and each person will be assigned a buddy from within the firm to support them through the two weeks.

Ruth Ofield, Fisher German Partner and Head of Graduate Recruitment, said: “Fisher German is absolutely committed to recruiting the best people. As part of this, we recognise the importance of offering work experience to enable better understanding of the profession through practical on-the-job experience. “Therefore, we have developed our Insight Programme specifically for non-cognate graduates who are interested in obtaining a greater understanding of the profession. The two-week long placement will feature talks from a variety of Fisher German specialists and you will be assigned a buddy and given various project work relating to the key sectors of our business.
