We’re thrilled to announce that Fisher German will once again be attending the UK’s premier Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF). This much-anticipated event brings our colleagues together with clients and industry partners for three days of networking opportunities and insightful discussions.
UKREiiF is set to transform Leeds from 19 - 21 May, welcoming over 16,000 attendees for a jam-packed schedule of keynote speakers and exciting fringe events scattered across the city.
UKREiiF has become a cornerstone of the property sector calendar. Last year, leading voices from property and politics converged to explore how our industry can fast-track the delivery of homes and infrastructure, sparking lively debates and ambitious ideas.
With influential decision-makers in attendance, the forum is where policy, investment and delivery intertwine. Last year’s atmosphere was buzzing with optimism, especially when it came to planning reform and investor enthusiasm. Delegates also candidly discussed real-world challenges, ranging from building safety and scheme viability to resource pressures in planning teams.
Devolution was a hot topic too, showcasing the rising importance of local leadership and bold, place-based strategies for unlocking investment and sparking regeneration across the UK.
Our line-up of delegates include partners Miles Youdan and Simon Eddy from our investment team, James Harrop-Griffiths from our asset management team and Tom Norfolk from our valuation team.
