Fisher German LLP are committed to the protection and privacy of person- al information. During the course of our activities we will collect, store and process personal information and we recognise the need to treat it in an appropriate and lawful manner. The information in this section details the process we have followed to ensure our compliance with the General Date Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection legislation which covers all of us.
In order for us to perform our tasks as Data Controller and Data Processor we have identified key suppliers who provide us with systems and datasets where we process personal data. These are necessary for us to provide our professional services and run our business. We have in place robust procurement processes coupled with contractual obligations that cover the access that may be necessary for our systems to function fully. This list is subject to regular update as we go through procurement events.
Where you are applying to rent a property, where we act as Managing Agent, there is certain information that we will require from you in order to progress that application.
Generally, this information is gathered by us for legal reasons on behalf of the government, where, for example, your Right to Rent must be supported by appropriate documentation. In this case we will ask you to identify all those who will be occupying the property as their main residence where they are over the age of 18.
