The site extends to approximately 8.76 acres and is gated by a 2m high palisade security fence and electric barriers to the entrance.
The site is predominantly level, consisting of concrete surface and the remaining being a compacted hard standing surface.

There are two detached industrial buildings within the site.

The larger warehouse building amounts to 27,746 sq ft and has a solid concrete floor, two large doors and a minimum eaves height of 6 metres. The unit would suit a range of industrial and storage uses.

The smaller warehouse building amounts to 3,930 sq ft with solid concrete floor, two large roller shutter doors and has a minimum
eaves height of 6.81 metres. It is current used for storage. During the winter months, part of the site pools water to the northern side.
