Wilden Business Park is an established industrial base developed from the historic Wilden Iron Works, now comprising a multi-let industrial site. It is located on the outskirts of Kidderminster, in Worcestershire.

The estate is accessible via the A456, A442, and A449, which in turn provide access to the M54 motorway to the north and M5 motorway to the east.

Units 3 & 4 comprise two adjoining mid-terrace industrial units of steel portal frame construction with concrete flooring.

Access to Unit 3 is only available via interconnecting access from Unit 4, and so the units must be let together. Unit 4 is accessible via three roller shutter doors on the front elevation (3.6m high x 3m wide). Unit 3 is mostly open plan with a portable canteen structure to the front, and Unit 4 is open plan.

Yard/loading space and estate parking is available to the front of Unit 4. Toilet facilities are to the rear of the units.
