The Team & Focus of the Role

Our Advisory Services division is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to come and join our team. The team undertakes valuations in all sectors, works on compensation matters and provides expert advice in both the Telecoms and Sustainability space.

We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys having a varied workload and managing spinning plates, then this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is a permanent, full-time position (Mon-Fri), based at our Ashby office within our hybrid working policy.

Duties will include:

  • Providing general support to the Sustainable Energy team and wider teams, including new instruction set up, production of terms of engagement and conflict of interest management
  • Preparation of fee invoices and chasing for payment of fee invoices in line with our terms of business
  • Completing and checking timesheets
  • Diary management
  • Data input onto our systems
  • Office administration and support to our wider Advisory Services division including providing support with incoming fee quotes

Full training will be provided for relevant systems and procedures.
