The Opportunity

Our Hungerford office are looking for a Junior Land Agent to join the team that are responsible for a major utilities client.  This is a key role with a focus on liaising with third parties and landowners on our client’s behalf and managing the construction activities around the pipelines.

About You

Ideally you will come from a rural background with up to date knowledge of countryside issues.   An understanding of pipeline engineering would also serve you well in this role.  You will need to be a self-motivated individual who has the confidence and ability to work directly with clients and a variety of different stakeholders as part of a larger team servicing a contract with a blue chip client.  It is a given that you will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience of working in rural/countryside role or with members of the farming community
  • Some experience of pipeline engineering would be advantageous
  • Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel programmes
  • Understand databases with ability to drive continuous improvement of systems
  • UK driving licence – travel to various venues and other Fisher German offices will be required
