Eleven experts from across the business will attend the UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds for the first time. The event, which has become the ‘go to’ conference for investors, developers, local authorities, housebuilders and stakeholders will take place over three days from 21 to 23 May.

The event is supported by a high number of regional combined authorities, local councils, and government departments, as well as the largest developers and investors from across the UK and internationally. UKREiiF gathers all the key players, influencers and decision-makers within the investment and real estate markets to highlight investment and development opportunities, whilst connecting and facilitating new relationships to drive economic growth through development and regeneration.

In the first year of 2022, just over 4,000 delegates attended, and it is envisaged that over 12,000 are expected at this year’s event. There will be more than 700 speakers across 30 stages with an extensive programme of events covering a wide range of sub-sectors and challenges facing the industry. There will be two halls housing 150 exhibitors made up of the most innovative local authorities and sector-specific businesses.
