Background and industry experience

Amy is head of the North West Development Team at Fisher German. She operates across the North West office network, and is based in Knutsford.

She specialises in residential and mixed use development, advising a variety of clients throughout the development lifecycle; initially completing site assessments, negotiating strategic agreements, monitoring the planning promotion and advising on the delivery or sale of land with planning permission. In addition, she can provide development valuations, viability assessments and advice on affordable housing.

Whilst completing a Masters in Planning and Development, Amy joined the business in 2017. She is a Chartered Surveyor and was shortlisted in the RICS young surveyor of the year awards in 2022. She previously worked in Parliament.

Amy lives in Cheshire with her partner and dog, she enjoys to travel and is currently training to complete her first triathlon in 2023.
