Background and industry experienceWhilst Rod is originally a Black Country boy, he started his estate agency career in 1996 along the North Wales coast where he spent most of his teenage years, following relocation from the West Midlands. Subsequently, Rod enjoyed over 20 years working on the Wirral heading flagship offices for both leading independent and corporate estate agents, namely multi award-winning Karl Tatler Estate Agents and The Clive Watkin Partnership, a respected firm of estate agents and valuers.
Rod has a wealth of experience dealing with the brokerage of mid to high end property demographic and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to his cherished clients. Having close family and social connections with Knutsford and South Manchester in general, Rod is looking forward to working in the Knutsford area and expanding Fisher German's office there.
Rod currently lives in Heswall, on the Wirral peninsular and enjoys spending time with his partner and her teenage son. Rod enjoys walking, especially around the mountains of North Wales, he is also a keen runner and in recent years has taken part in many events supporting local charities. Whilst his rugby and football playing days behind him, he is a supporter of his home town Wolverhampton Wanderers and adopted Welsh rugby club in Llandudno.
