Background and industry experience
Stephen grew up in Warwickshire and studied Agriculture at Moreton Morrell College whilst working on various farms. He went on to study for his first degree at Seale Hayne College and the University of Plymouth before obtaining a correspondence Post Graduate Diploma in Surveying from the University of Reading whilst working as a trainee land agent for a local firm in Leicestershire.In 2009 he moved to Cumbria to manage a variety of small landed estates in the South Lake District and surrounding areas. Now married, Stephen moved to a job in Cheshire and set up home with his young family near Nantwich in 2013. He now works from the Stafford office managing a range of estates in Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Cheshire.
Stephen is secretary and treasurer of the Cheshire Agricultural Valuers Association and organises several events each year.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys walks in the countryside, swimming, running, gardening and cooking. He also enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
