Background and industry experience

Sarah is the main contact for Linesearch Member Management and is responsible for system access, integration, member updates, reporting and implementations and works in close collaboration with the LSBUD team. Sarah’s role further extends within NU&I as an Integrated Systems Analyst involving testing, support and working with both internal and external development teams on system enhancements and integration.

Client/customer focus is a key driver for Sarah, efficient stable systems equals happy ‘users’. Innovation and business requirements drive changes forward, systems and technology need to be constantly reviewed to remain competitive, so being involved in the project cycle means there is a lot of variety and challenges that Sarah enjoys.

Prior to joining Fisher German, Sarah spent 18 years working in the banking industry as a Senior Analyst working on major transformation, legislative and development projects. This role provided Sarah with a wealth of experience in business analysis, user acceptance testing, design and change management processes.

Originally from ‘Up North’ (born in Yorkshire), Sarah has lived in Russia and Saudi Arabia too but now lives in Ashby-de-La-Zouch with her daughter and son. Living close to work, Sarah enjoys the short commute to and from work!
