Background and industry experience
Helen joined the firm in August 2010, having completed a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University.Shortly after joining Fisher German, Helen passed her APC and CAAV examinations, becoming MRICS FAAV.
Helen’s core responsibility is the management of the national Tarmac property portfolio and overseeing the contract framework across various Fisher German offices. Other specialisms include compulsory purchase, valuation and landlord and tenant matters. Helen also works on projects for the Environment Agency and E.On, specifically landowner liaison and project management for compulsory purchase schemes and negotiating compensation settlements.
Alongside general practice surveying, Helen is also a CAAV examiner, as well as an APC Supervisor and Assessor for internal training purposes.
In her spare time, Helen can usually be found playing a sport of some kind or planning her next overseas venture.
