Background and industry experienceRichard joined the Thame Office in August 2018 as a Graduate Rural Surveyor, after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University with a degree in Rural Land Management. He qualified as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2019 and is working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor. Richard’s day to day roles include estate management, valuation, agency, and all other aspects of general practice matters.
Prior to starting, Richard also completed a two month summer internship at the Thame Office in 2017.
Whilst out of the office, Richard enjoys all aspects of country pursuits, most especially fly fishing, and is a keen rugby player and coach.

After completing a thoroughly enjoyable internship in 2017, I was keen to make my position permanent and launch my career and professional development.
