Background and industry experienceLucy joined the firm in September 2018 after completing a Rural Enterprise and Land Management degree at Harper Adams University. She is now a Graduate Surveyor within the Utilities and Infrastructure team, based in the Ashby office. Her work is largely focused around large infrastructure projects across the country. Having previously completed her placement year within the rural department, she has experience in corporate estate management and compulsory purchase matters. Lucy will be working towards her RICS APC qualification and CAAV exams.
Lucy grew up in Yorkshire, where her family train racehorses and have a small beef herd. She has a keen interest in riding and enjoys all parts of rural life, particularly being a member of Ashby Young Farmers Club.
