Background and industry experience

Simon is an Associate Director, based in the Knutsford office. He joined Fisher German in 2005 as a Graduate Surveyor before completing his APC in 2007. Simon is a registered valuer. His experience lies predominately in the areas of commercial property services and some utility work. His role includes providing advice on the acquisition, sales and lettings of commercial properties; strategic property advice, service charge management, leasehold management and general management, as well as valuations, lease renewals and rent reviews. In addition, Simon works in conjunction with other offices on the management of oil, gas and fibre optic networks in the northwest.

Simon is married with four children and enjoys badminton, golf, running and gardening.

About me

Why did you join Fisher German?
I attended a presentation to a group of Chartered Surveyors being given by Richard Sanders who introduced me to Andrew Jackson. I liked the fact that Fisher German are a professional and personable firm with a strong team spirit and forward-thinking approach to business.

What has been your favourite project and why?
My work is extremely varied, which is part of the attraction of being a Chartered Surveyor.

Most admired, non-property brand?
BOSE, I love my portable wireless speaker

Socialising and spending time with my family

Best holiday destination?
Vietnam

One item to take to a desert island?
My Wife!

Who would you like to be stranded in a lift with?
I could think of a few people but best stick to my wife!
