Background and industry experienceScott is a chartered surveyor within the Utilities & Infrastructure team in the East Midlands. His day-to-day responsibilities are to provide land consultancy to Severn Trent Water and estate management services to private clients. Scott is currently seconded three days a week to Cadent Gas to manage commercial property. He undertakes many aspects of professional work emanating from the portfolio including leading strategic acquisitions.
Scott balances his work life with being an Army Reserve light infantry soldier in the Royal Anglian Regiment where he enjoys the physical challenge as well as the pride of advancing his family’s long tradition of military service. Aside from these commitments, Scott enjoys playing sport, keeping fit and spending his free time sea fishing in the lochs and walking in the hills near his family home in Scotland.
Scott qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and for fellowship of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2018, having graduated from Harper Adams University in 2017.
