Background and industry experience

Sarah is involved with the management of a large rural estate in Herefordshire, a varied role that includes the management of both agricultural and residential property, valuation, planning, purchase and sale, lettings and landlord and tenant matters. She also provides a wide range of professional advice to a small portfolio of private clients and individuals.

Sarah joined Halls' Worcester office in July 2014, before it merged with Fisher German, after completing an honours degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management at Harper Adams University. She is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Originally from Dorset, Sarah now lives in Herefordshire. Outside of work, she enjoys all aspects of rural life as well as spending time with friends and family, riding her horse and baking.

Why did you join Fisher German?
Following the merger with Halls (Midlands) LLP

What has been your favourite project and why?
The redevelopment of a redundant agricultural building to offices, because I was able to manage the project from concept to completion and then letting. I was also able to secure £100,000 of funding through the Marches and Worcestershire Redundant Building Grant Scheme.
