Background and industry experience

Rob is a Partner in the Commercial and Development Agency teams acting for a wide spectrum of clients from private individuals through to institutional funds and listed property companies.

Rob started his career with Savills in London and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2006. He specialised in Industrial & Warehouse agency before moving to Worcestershire in 2010 to join Halls (Midlands) LLP before their subsequent merger with Fisher German in 2016.

Rob is a specialist in the negotiation and agreement of option and promotion agreements on strategic development land for both residential and employment uses. In addition he provides acquisition, disposal and development advice across occupational and investment markets and uses his experience of all sectors to advise on mixed use opportunities also.

Rob is a keen sportsman and lives with his young family in South Worcestershire.

Why did you join Fisher German?
We merged our Partnership into Fisher German in 2016 as we considered the business to be progressive and innovative with huge potential for further growth

What has been your favourite project and why?
I have been fortunate enough to be involved in many interesting and rewarding projects however one that stands out was the sale and leaseback of a headquarters building and site on behalf of a corporate client which created significant capital proceeds but also safeguarded their operational needs in line with their business strategy.
