Background and industry experienceRob specialises in Commercial Agency and Development Land and is one of the Partners leading the evolution and growth of the Commercial Sector within Fisher German across the Midlands region. He represents a broad spectrum of clients from private landowners through to corporate institutions and has particular experience in setting up option and promotion agreements as well as being experienced in the industrial and warehousing market. He provides acquisition, disposal, investment and development advice to occupiers and investors and utilises his experience in both the commercial and residential development markets to advise on strategic mixed use sites also. Rob has been in the industry for over 10 years, starting his career in London with Savills before moving to Worcestershire in 2010 to join Halls (Midlands) LLP before their subsequent merger with Fisher German in 2016. He sits on the Worcestershire Area Council for the Chamber of Commerce and the Business Board of the Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership.
Having graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2004, Rob qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2006 and is an RICS Registered Valuer. He now lives in South Worcestershire with his wife and two children. He is a keen sportsman and enjoys playing golf and tennis as well as watching all other forms of sport. He also enjoys rural pursuits and skiing.
