Background and industry experienceRichard is a Partner in the Farm and Business Consultancy team at Fisher German. The Farms team manages over 100,000 acres in the UK, dealing with detailed in-hand management, contract agreements, subsidy claims and agribusiness advice. Richard's client work focuses on farm management, estate and family business structures and subsidy claims. He is a trustee for a number of landowning families and his own experience in farming, as well as acting for a large number of successful businesses, has enabled him to give innovative and practical advice which adds significant value.
Having qualified in Farm Management at Reading University, Richard worked in Shropshire for a period before joining the firm in 1985. He lives in Northamptonshire and is married with two children. He enjoys shooting and other rural pursuits.

Estate reorganisation for Tatton Estate. Very proactive client with lots to do and a relatively complicated project to drive forward.
