Background and industry experienceNicola’s day to day work involves predominantly general professional work in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, including valuations, planning and strategic development, farm and property agency, farm lettings, share farming and contract farming agreements and the ongoing management, the Basic Payment Scheme, environmental schemes and agricultural grants as well as land affected by utilities, wayleaves and easements and compensation claims.
Nicola qualified as a rural practice chartered surveyor (MRICS) and CAAV agricultural valuer (FAAV) in October 2012, having graduated from the Royal Agricultural College in 2010.
She lives in Herefordshire with her husband, Jack, daughter, Matilda, and cocker spaniel, Isla, and enjoys all aspects of country life!

What has been your favourite project and why?
The sale in 2017 of the Herefordshire Council Farms Estate. Having first been involved 2014 with the Strategic Review, being involved with the disposal project through to completion was such a unique experience made interesting and enjoyable working alongside a range of Fisher German colleagues.
