Background and industry experience

Mike’s role is largely focused on the management of traditional rural estates and corporate management clients land interests. Mike leads on all aspects of estate management, seeking to manage his clients' assets in an efficient and innovative way so as to maximise income. He also undertakes general professional work, including landlord and tenant matters and valuation. Following the successful pitch from his team at the Rural Away Day, Mike has lead the development of the Fisher German Rural App. He is also a key lead in the development of the Property Portal and has recently attended the Challenge of Rural Leadership Course, run jointly by the Worshipful Company of Farmers and The Duchy Collage.

Having qualified at Harper Adams University College, and spent six years practicing in Yorkshire, Mike now lives in Ashby de la Zouch. Mike is a keen cyclist, both on and off road, and will be found on his bike whenever time allows.
